Technique and application process
Volume Lash Set uses multiple ultra-fine extensions attached to each individual natural lash to build fullness. During the appointment, a technician isolates a natural lash and carefully places small groups of ultra-fine lashes onto that single lash. The result depends on the number of extensions per lash and the stylist’s placement choices, which create layered density without relying on thicker single extensions.
The method emphasizes precision over heavy material: each natural lash carries several lightweight fibres so your natural lash supports the added length and volume. Because the approach multiplies the contact points on each natural lash, the health and thickness of your natural lashes, as well as how you sleep and care for them afterward, influence the final appearance and retention.
What to expect during appointment
Expect a focused consultation followed by mapping and the application process. The full appointment is 128 MINUTES and the service price is $100. Within that time a technician will match curl, length, and density to your eye shape, working methodically to place multiple ultra-fine lashes per natural lash so the finished look reads fuller and more dramatic than single-extension sets.
Appointments are designed for neighborhood convenience: our Wakefield location is reachable from the Nereid Avenue and 233rd Street transit corridors and by car along White Plains Road and the Bronx River Parkway. Many clients schedule around commuting, school, and childcare; please allow travel time during winter storms or heavy seasonal traffic common in the area.
Aftercare and maintenance guidelines
Proper aftercare helps extensions perform as expected and maintain their appearance for weeks. Gentle cleansing, avoiding rubbing or pulling, and minimizing products that loosen adhesive will protect the attachments. Because results depend on natural lash growth cycles, routine gentle care preserves the placement and keeps the set looking full between natural lash shedding cycles.
Plan around seasonality and local conditions: the northeast Bronx has four distinct seasons, and rain, snow, or humidity can affect travel and appointment timing. We see highest demand in May, June, November, and December for events like weddings and holidays, so book early if you need a set timed for a specific occasion.
